Mental health and addiction support
Practical, non-judgemental help with daily life for people living with mental illness or recovering from addiction.
When depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or addiction make daily life hard, a steady person who shows up makes a difference. Our PSWs help with the practical things, encourage routine and connection, and work alongside your mental health team. We do not provide counselling or therapy.
