3. Not for emergencies

Do not use this website, our forms, email or office line to report an emergency. In an emergency, call 911. Messages sent through the website may not be read until the next business day.

4. Care services are governed by a separate agreement

Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract for care. Care begins only after a care visit and a signed service agreement. Our client service terms and your signed service agreement govern any care we provide. If anything on this website conflicts with your service agreement, the service agreement applies.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Services, service areas, schedules, rates, programs and eligibility rules can change without notice. Availability of care depends on an assessment, caregiver availability and safety. We may change or remove any part of the website at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else's information without their permission;
• use the website to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to send spam or malicious code;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people's information;

The Bayfern name, logo, text, design and original graphics on this website belong to Bayfern Home Care Inc. or are used with permission. Photographs are licensed stock images and remain the property of their creators. The name Bayfern, the Bayfern logo and the tagline “Familiar faces, every visit.” are trademarks of Bayfern Home Care Inc.. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

We link to government programs and community resources for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability
