Turned down by other agencies? Call us.
We take on care other agencies decline. When a family has run out of options, we look for a way to say yes.
What families hear, and what we do instead
“The behaviours are too much.”
Caregivers trained in non-violent crisis intervention, a written behaviour plan, and a steady team so your loved one is not meeting strangers.
“It needs two people.”
We schedule two-person care and lift transfers as a matter of routine, not an exception.
“You're too far out of town.”
We recruit caregivers who live near you, plan longer visits, and keep a backup caregiver who knows the route.
“We can't do short visits.”
We combine short visits with other clients nearby, so a 30-minute medication or bedtime visit can work.
“We have nobody for nights or weekends.”
Overnight, weekend and holiday shifts are part of our core schedule.
“We don't take children.”
We do. Our PSWs support children and youth with disabilities and complex needs, with screening to match.

Our promise
- We will meet you and listen before we decide anything.
- We will look for a safe way to say yes, even if it takes a creative schedule.
- If we truly cannot provide safe care, we will tell you why, usually within two business days, and help you find who can.
All care depends on a safety assessment and caregiver availability in your area. See our client service terms.
