How it works
Care can often start within a week of your first call. Here is what happens along the way.
- 1
Call or send a message
Tell us what is going on. A care coordinator answers your questions and books a time to visit. There is no cost and no commitment.
- 2
Free care visit at home
We meet your parent at home, talk through their routines and wishes, and look at safety in the house. Family is welcome to join in person or by phone.
- 3
A written care plan
You get a plan in plain language: what help, which days, how many hours and what it costs. Change it whenever you need to.
- 4
Meet your caregiver
We match a caregiver based on needs, personality and location, and introduce them before care begins. If the fit isn't right, we change it.
- 5
Regular check-ins
A coordinator checks in with your family, visits regularly and updates the plan as needs change.
What we talk about at the free care visit
It takes about an hour, at home. Family members are welcome, in person or on the phone.
- Daily routines, likes, dislikes and what matters most to your parent
- Health conditions, mobility and medications (we do not need medical records)
- A walk-through of the home to spot trip hazards and bathroom risks
- Which days and times help is needed, and who else is involved
- Funding that may apply, and a clear price for the plan

How we keep care safe and consistent
Screened caregivers
Criminal record and vulnerable sector checks, references and an in-person interview before anyone is hired.
Trained for the job
First aid and CPR, safe transfers, infection control and dementia awareness, with regular refreshers.
Supervised in the field
A care coordinator visits clients regularly and checks in with family. We aim to follow up on concerns within one business day.
Written visit notes
Caregivers record what happened at each visit, so the next caregiver and the family stay up to date.
Talk to someone who can help today
A care coordinator will listen, answer your questions and book a free visit at home. No cost, no obligation.
